Room(s) styling consultation

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to make our cancellation and refund policy as clear as possible.

Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their appointment and request a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled second meeting, where the styling consultation will take place.

Refund Policy:
If the appointment is canceled 24 hours or more before the second meeting, the client will be eligible for a full refund. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form.

Please provide the following information sent through email at least 24 hours before this second room styling consultation:

• Length measurements of the wall
  

• Length, width, and height measurements of major furniture (bed, drawer, coffee table, etc.)
  

• Pictures facing each wall
  

• A picture that shows all or most of the room

The second consultation is the actual styling consultation,  where Paulina visits your house in person. If Paulina cannot go to your house in person for unique circumstances, like location differences, then the second styling consultation will be done via Zoom.
